Dr. Anna Enright

Anna is a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist with over 30 years of experience.  She grew up in Italy and immigrated to the United States, at the age of eleven.  That challenging transition and her work to overcome feelings of not fitting in, is what prompted her to enter the mental health field and dedicate her life to helping others.  She was introduced to climbing in her 20’s.  As a Mom to two competitive climbers, she spent many years volunteering at both local and national competitions.  This experience directed her efforts and further studies to the mental wellbeing of athletes and young adults.

Dr. Enright received her BSN and MSN from Boston College and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from MGH Institute of Health Professions. She has additional clinical training in mindfulness-based cognitive therapies and a certification in positive psychology. Her private practice is located north of Boston.   Anna is a life-long learner who loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, is an avid hiker, and enjoys adventuring outdoors.

Sarah Kremer

Sarah is a lifelong athlete and adventurer, with a passion for movement in the outdoors. She grew up swimming, rowing and riding horses competitively, before landing on the UNH climbing team in her freshman year of college. After nearly 10 years of climbing, Sarah credits the sport with changing her life, both on and off the rock. Sarah has a background in life sciences and outdoor education and certification in functional strength coaching. After a few years of applying her Ecology, Evolution and Behavior degree in the lab, she needed a job with more human interaction and outdoor time. Working in rock climbing was supposed to be a short stop before grad school, but quickly turned into a career calling. Today, she is the Head Coach for Team MetroRock Newburyport, owner of Perpetuum Fitness, and seasonal paddle guide. For Sarah, climbing has become far more than just a sport - it is a lifestyle, a community and a medium for helping people be their best selves.

Matt Leslie

Matt Leslie is a Seattle-based climber, climbing instructor, and mental performance coach. There are so many things he loves about climbing; the community, the wild places it takes us, and the physical challenge all stand out as reasons this sport has become a life-long pursuit. Over the years, Matt feels that his relationship with climbing has grown as he continues to develop a deep appreciation for the mental challenges climbing presents. Matt’s interest in enhancing his own and others' mental performance led him to Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA, where he recently graduated with a master's degree studying applied sport psychology. Matt is currently using the skills and lessons he learned in his program as a climbing instructor with the National Outdoor Leadership School, and as the Boys Basketball Coach at the Northwest School in Seattle.

Christina Fleming

Christina is a climber, fiber artist, and photographer. She began climbing in 2015 because it was a free activity at Ithaca College that would keep her in shape. After graduation, she moved to NYC with the hopes of pursuing climbing full time while using her skills in photography and design. Currently, she sells her artwork online, coaches private clients, and is on the board of Para-CliffHangers, a non-profit organization that makes climbing more accessible, specifically for people with disabilities.

Currently, Christina is exploring trad climbing in the Gunks, continuing to sport climb around the country, and has plans to travel to as much of the world as she can to climb and meet new people.
